Happy etsy-versary to me!

Apparently I missed my three year etsy anniversary, which was on the 13th...But here's the first thing I ever sold online! How fitting that the cowl was a beautiful golden yellow (in a super soft alpaca blend).
During the first two knitbrooks years, my little etsy shop existed in the background of my life without much purpose other than a way for me to keep some kind of online presence. Even now it's still kind of like that, because I did the majority of my knitwear sales last year at local handmade markets. However, it's nice not only to remember where the inspiration for my small business came from, but to look back and see how far I've come since 2013.

​Though colour wise, I'm at a forever standstill. Long live gross yellow!
