Thinking back to a cold, dreamy, mist-filled scene from this past winter when I spent the day wandering through the woods with The Living North, a massive gross yellow blanket in tow, getting odd looks and double-takes from others walking the forest paths.
I went with a purpose of trying to capture the way I feel when I'm sitting at home creating. A visual of where my mind drifts to for inspiration when I'm in the comfort of my cozy making spot. We may not always be physically surrounded by what drives our creativity, but we can certainly take our minds back and draw from the moments we were.
"Nature becomes your teacher, and from her you will learn what is beautiful and who you are and what is your special quest in life and whither you should go." - Stephen Graham
Finally got to take some pictures of my newest blanket, this pattern never disappoints.
