With the cozy season pretty much upon us, handmade markets have come back into my life. I first entered the market scene when I moved to Edmonton last fall, and it was a whirlwind of stress, excitement, confusion, discovery, and a whole lot of yarn. I really had no idea what I was doing, and each event was a new learning process where I picked up tips from from both my own observations, and from the helpful words of vendors much wiser and seasoned than I.
Over the summer, I vowed to be more prepared than I was last winter. If you've seen my 'events' page, you might have noticed how busy this cozy season will be for me...I have my work cut out for me. I still don't really know what I'm doing, but I'm happy to say I'm up for the challenge and have been furiously knitting and crocheting as much as I possibly can.
