I'm on a documentary binge.
I used to watch them all the time, but somewhere along the line I fell into mindless TV shows and movies without much substance. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to hide from the realities of real life with your favourite television characters (Grey's Anatomy from the very beginning for the third time? Check.), but I think I'm ready to get back in the game of visual education this year.
The last several days I watched the Making a Murderer series, The Central Park Five, and Inside Job (which I only watched because I started The Big Short - great movie - and had no idea about anything five minutes in), and The True Cost...Not exactly the cheeriest lineup. Quite scary, in fact. But now my interest has been rekindled, and I'm eager for more. Suggestions, my friends?!
Happier note - I'm pretty much in love with this giant triangle fringe scarf. How beautiful is this colour?
